  1. Dear Friends,
We have been very busy so far this year with a flurry of activities here at CDMM in the DR.
We have had good attendance at the monthly Bible Institute training weedends with some excellent growth in the churches especially in the area of the youth attending churches.
This is the direct result of the monthly youth leaders meetings the mission is offering...the attendance has grown and the promising leaders that are forming into more prepared youth leaders is impressive...three new youth groups have been formed since these special youth-leader seminars began to be offered!
Joey is still here with us and teaches preaching and sermon formation in the Bible Institute. David is also teaching Evangelism and leading a Sunday morning Adult Sunday school class that has been very well attended with a lot of enthusiasm.
We have had some great team visits including the Group from Greenford CC in Ohio who remodeled the Bible institute teaching area, repaired a lot of electrical and plumbing issues at the Mission Center, and built new benches for the church plant project in Salamanca.
The following week we had a great group from Bloomsburg, PA come and built the church building in Salamanca from the weeded lot to completion in just 5 days! We camped on the property where the Church was being built and worked from early morning until dark on the building and showed some Christian Movies in the evening to draw in the people for the closing message, and topped it off with a dedication ceremony on the Sunday following the team departure. It is drawing mostly kids but we have been having over 50 children attending services being offered each Friday night in the new facility wigh Ernesto Javier preaching with the help of his family.
The very next week we travelled to The other end of the island spend some time with the Group from Springfield, IL. who brought CDMM over 500Lbs. of fresh medicine! What a joy to be re-supplied with all of the most needed and frequently used medicines...Thanks to all of the teams and all of your help...you keep the mission moving onward to the goal of reaching "Untold Millions" Here in the Dominican Republic where the Lord called us to serve almost 18 years ago! We still keep finding new ways and places to offer Free medical care and preach the Gospel to so many that have never heard!
Thank you all for your faithful prayers and financial support.
In Christ, and for His sake!
    Gary Klein and Family...CDMM
